PRE-COLUMBIAN
DIRECTIONS FOR PRE-COLUMBIAN TOPICS:
On a regular size poster board (color of
your choice, OTHER than red), NEATLY discuss the earliest history of the Native
American Indians. Be sure to list
the most important points neatly and large enough to be read by everyone.
Utilize lots of visuals that are authentic (i.e. printed out pictures) or
created by your own artistic expression. Make
your project look OLD. Three
dimensional effects can be used to MAKE YOUR POSTER TOPIC COME TO LIFE.
This was not a sad time in history so make these posters colorful and
what not. Lastly, come up with an eye catching title.

RESERVATION LIFE
DIRECTIONS
FOR THE RESERVATION projects:
On a regular size poster board (Brown or black in color) NEATLY discuss your
topic that relates to the Reservation System.
Be sure to list the most important highlights of this horrible system
neatly and large enough to be read by everyone. Utilize lots of visuals that are authentic (i.e. printed out
pictures) or created by your own artistic expression. Make your project look OLD.
Three dimensional effects can be used to MAKE YOUR RESERVATON topic and
the conditions found within the system COME TO LIGHT. Decorate/paint/color your poster project to reflect the
horrors in the Reservations. Your
title should by eye catching. Being moved to the Reservation systems was a sad
time for Native American Indians. IN
the Reservations still around today, the conditions are exasperating.
Your project should reflect these things.

WOUNDED
KNEE
DIRECTIONS
FOR THE WOUNDED KNEE project:
On a regular size poster board (Black or GRAY in color) NEATLY discuss your
topic that relates to the Wounded Knee. Be
sure to list the most important highlights of their life neatly and large enough
to be read by everyone. Utilize
lots of visuals that are authentic (i.e. printed out pictures) or created by
your own artistic expression. Make
your project look OLD. Since your
project deals with an eye witness account your details will be rather straight
forward. Decorate /paint/color your
project in shades of despair. Your title should by eye catching.
